Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00, Paris time. Luggage storage is complimentary on your arrival and departure days. Early arrival from 10:00 or late departure until 16:00 costs 50% of the nightly rate, subject to availability. A full night applies after 16:00.

Cots for children under 3 are complimentary on request, within the room’s confirmed capacity. Four pairs of connecting rooms are available. Extra beds are available in Junior Suite and Suite Ormeval: free under 6, €40 per night for ages 6–11 and €80 from age 12. In Suite Signature, the same supplements apply for each guest beyond two using the sofa bed. Breakfast is separate.

Dogs and cats are welcome by prior request in designated rooms: up to two pets, each weighing no more than 15 kg. The supplement is €35 per pet per night, including a bed and bowls. Pets must remain accompanied and are not admitted to the restaurant, fitness or wellbeing areas. Assistance animals are welcome without a supplement or pet weight restriction.

Three adapted rooms, step-free access to shared areas, a lift and a lowered reception counter. Please let us know your access requirements before your stay.

One-way sedan transfers for up to three guests start at €140 from Charles de Gaulle and €120 from Orly, subject to a confirmed quote. Child seats should be requested in advance. Nearby partner parking is available on request at €35 per night.

The flexible rate allows free cancellation until 48 hours before 15:00 on the arrival date. Later cancellation or a no-show incurs the first night. A prepaid rate offers 10% off and is non-refundable for voluntary cancellations. Any date-specific terms will be shown before confirmation.

Salon des Chênes accommodates up to 12 people, from €350 for half a day. Catering and equipment are quoted separately. The concierge can help shape a small meeting around your requirements.
